5) Return confirmed ticket
6) Exchange
7) Invitation to be faxed directly to the Embassy by party
in Malaysia and copy to us with documents.

New Delhi (SEPARATE DRAFT WITH EACH APPLICATION, COMBINED
DRAFT NOT ACCEPTED).
