Hotel:

1. Do I need to register before using HOTELS in Snstours.com?
  You can search the hotel rates without registering. However, when you want to book hotel rooms, you will have to register as a member.Your profile will not be shared with other marketing or sales companies.
   
   
2. Will I get charged for cancelling my hotel reservation?
  Most hotels usually do charge a cancellation fee if you do not cancel within their stated policy. Snstours.com delivers the hotel's specific policies to travellers with their original confirmation e-mail. Information regarding cancellation fees issued by the hotel will be included in that e-mail. Generally all hotels have a cancellation policy of minimum 24 hours, which when not adhered to may be penalised upto 1 day retention charge. The only exception to this is during Trade Fairs, when the penalty may be the whole booking amount.
   
   
3. I canceled my reservation, yet my credit card was still charged?
  In order to determine if the error is our fault or the hotel's fault, we need to pull your reservation from the reservation system's archives. Please send a detailed e-mail, including your confirmation number to Snstours.com Service and we will look into the situation.  The process usually takes three business days because we have to coordinate with the hotel. Once we have determined who made the error, we will act accordingly.
   
   
4. How do I change my reservation?
 

If you want to change your reservation, you will have to immediately send e-mail to the Customer support department. State the change required. Keep in mind the cancellation deadline if you do not want to be penalised. Note if the change has been requested within the cancellation timelimit, then you will be charged accordingly.
Also take in to consideration that Snstours.com has no control over Hotel room availability which is why we suggest making a new reservation before canceling the old one.

   
   
5. I've forgotten my username and/or password  for HOTELS. What should I do?
  Send an e-mail to our customer support.  Be sure to tell us your user id or password or any booking that you have done with us earlier.  On that basis we will find your profile and create a new temporary user id and password for you. You will be e-mailed your details within 48 hours.
   
   
6. Can I use my Hotel reward points to pay for reservations made through Hotels?
  No. You cannot use reward points toward payment of reservations made through Hotels. In most cases you must make your reservations directly with the hotel in order to redeem your points
