TOURS (hereinafter referred to as company) has contracted
with independent contractors/Agents to provide land services
in your package & is not responsible for any loss or damage
arising from or connected with land services no matter how
loss or damage is caused. In particular, they are not responsible
for any negligent acts/or omission of any contractor, their
employees, agents, servants or representatives.
For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to
the tours marketed and/or coordinated by the Company, courts
in Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction.
If no suit / complaint is brought against the Company within
3 months of the termination of the Tour, the Company shall
be discharged from all liabilities under / or arising out
of this Contract & the Client shall be deemed to have forfeited
/ abandoned all his rights under or arising from this Contract.
