SINGLE
OCCUPANCY CHARGES :-
All
participants travelling alone cannot be assured twin occupancy
(Room Sharing). They will have to pay additional single
supplement charges as specified.
REFUNDS :-
Refunds
for any amendments or cancellations will be paid to you
by SNST in Indian Rupees at the exchange rate prevailing
at time of refund. It would take at least 30 days to process
the refunds from the time you have intimated SNST or handed
over refundable vouchers. However no refund is permissible
on partially used air tickets or ground arrangements.
INSURANCE : -
It
is strongly recommended that Passengers undertake suitable
Overseas Mediclaim and/or Holiday insurance cover.
HOTELS : -
In
the unlikely event that a hotel is unable to provide the
accommodation confirmed by us, the policy is always to offer
an alternative hotel of similar classification, whenever
possible in the same area.
