VOUCHERS :-
Upon full payment of the Package amount you will receive a
voucher for your selected programme. The voucher serves both
as confirmation & exchange documentation. It is essential
that you carry this voucher with you as it must be exchanged
for your hotel, coach tour, or package upon arrival at the
Destination.
DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED :-
First two pages & the last two pages of the passport with
the endorsement of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) / Lerms All Demand
Drafts must be accompanied by a letter from the paying passenger
confirming the payment for the relevant package and by a letter
from the issuing bank, in format as above.
BAGGAGE :-
Passengers travelling by air will be subject to the airlines
restrictions / limitations on baggage weight of 20 kgs. per
person, unless specified otherwise. Additionally, one piece
of hand baggage weighing 5 kgs. allowed.
The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to
amend, alter, very or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion
or facility, it has advertised or published on to substitute
a hotel. In either case the company shall not be liable for
any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered
by the client on for any compensation claim.
